So what's up with the way obama's treating troops?! i mean, seriously, does he really care that little about our country's defenders? oh, wait, of course he doesn't care...he doesn't even have enough pride in the country he runs to put his hand over his heart for the pledge of allegience or national anthem! first, he proposes a ridiculously low pay increase (1.3%, then congress raised it to 1.9%). Seriously, this isn't even keeping up with inflation, so it's basically a pay DEcrease!!! most enlisted military families live paycheck to paycheck as is, which is sad considering what our soldiers do for this country.
then, he cuts the number of slots for several MOSs, including medic (as well as budget for civillian doctors). what does this mean? if one of my children get sick, the average wait in the on-post ER is about nine hours!!! INSANE! i have to schedule appointments months in advance in the pediatrics unit because of shortage of pediatricians. does this seem wrong to anyone else?!
there's lots more (and i'll probably blog about it at a later point when i get worked up about that jackass again), but i'm tired and am going to bed. january 2013 can't come soon enough!!!

I could not agree more! What the frakk does he think he's doing? When you cut back on positions in our military you're cutting back our defenses! And to cut back medics, that's just down right stupid, like you said, what happens if our kids get sick? There's already a shortage of docs and medics at NMCP, not to mention all over.
I hate to say this but I miss the Bush administration back when we had substantial pay increases every year and there were no cuts to the benefits or positions for our guys and gals.
Maybe eventually we'll get someone in there that actually gives a flying frakk about our military as well as the spouses. I'm dreaded next election. Kinda wonder who'll give it a try this time around.

She'd be better than Palin and probably half the other jokers out there. She already basically ran the country for 4 years already. Who do you think lead the way? Bill Clinton? I don't think so, he was a dolt and a half.
I swear, politics are just one bug circus. Too many clowns now enough room in the clown car, KWIM?
well, whichever was the brainiac behind the clinton administration did the same thing to our military that obama's doing now.
and with the latest crap Obama is pulling with health insurance, he may think he's helping everyone out but in fact to even see a doctor the wait is going to be a hell of a lot longer, and making higher earning citzons pay higher taxes...wtf??? You might as well throw in the towel and just ride the wave seriously, getting punished for earning more money, that's just messed up! I'm counting down till 2013 too!!!
